At Beez Wax Candle Brand, LLC, every product is handmade in small batches and made to order with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product was damaged or leaked during shipping. If this occurs, we sincerely apologize and take responsibility. We will gladly replace damaged goods at no cost, or the customer may request a full refund of the original purchase price upon approval, provided that proof is submitted with images.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of any products that have been used, burned, or sprayed, unless stated otherwise at the owner’s discretion.

We kindly request that you carefully review all product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase to prevent any sensitivities or issues. Your understanding helps us uphold the integrity and quality of our commitment.

For average Beez Wax products, we have a flat shipping rate of $12 for standard shipping. This cost is due to the weight of the goods and the care taken to support the ordered items. Please note that shipping rates may vary based on the minimum and maximum weight of the shipment. Applicable taxes will also apply.

Processing times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order:

• Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks based on general or wholesale order.
